In this session, we go through the technique of wire application. The use of wire on our bonsai is one of the single most important techniques to use to enhance it's beauty, structure and shape. Work on your own tree with guidance from Shawn while we cover topics such as: - Anchoring your wire correctly - Correct wire application to ensure the best results and health of your tree - Selecting the right gauge of wire to successfully position your branches or create movement in your trunk - The use of guy-wires and other adjacent techniques Along with many other tips and tricks of wire application throughout the session. Bring along any material you have that you wish to wire during this workshop, otherwise we can supply you with material from the Ukiyo collection to practice your technique on. This two hour workshop is suitable for all skill levels. Maximum of 4 participants. *Payment via PayPal or on the day with cash or bank transfer
